Restorative Yoga for Stress Reduction
Designed for yoga rookies, this collection of 3 classes is designed to cultivate a sense of grounding, calm, and deep relaxation to bring balance to anyone who is overstressed.
Poses rely on the use of props to support the joints and bring a sense of comfort and safety helping to promote calmness. Students will be on the floor in seated or reposed positions, focused on breath and sensations of the body. No strength or stamina is required - only a willingness to enjoy quiet and stillness while staying in easeful poses for about 7-10 minutes each.
